This week our book is ‘What the ladybird heard’. I have attached a link to it being read online.

Today I would like you to read through it with your child and discuss what happens. How did the animals feel? Why did the animals come up with the plan? Why did Hefty Hugh and Lanky Len want the cow so much? Does that mean that it is okay to take something that's not yours even if you really want it? What was the Ladybird's role in the story?
