ELG – Communication and Language: Speaking, Listening and Understanding.

 

Today we would ask that you discuss rhyming words with your child. We have begun to start understanding and listening for rhyming words within the stories.

 

If you could emphasis some of the words that rhyme within the story. You can even pause to see if your child can guess the second rhyming word. We have also discussed why the words rhyme thinking about the sound or sounds the words end in.
