This week our story is ‘The Great Kapok Tree’ which is linked to this week’s topic.

 

For today I would like you to read through the story with your child and have a think about what the story is trying to tell us. Why do all the animals talk to the man? What are the animals trying to save? Why does the man eventually leave?
